E bonyi State Judiciary-High Court invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit proposals for construction of 4 magistrate court halls with administrative offices and furnishing of new Judiciary secretariat

1. SCOPE OF WORK:

   Lot W 1: Construction of 4 magistrate court halls with administrative offices, building at Abakaliki.
   Lot S 2: Furnishing of new Judiciary secretariat at Centenary city.

2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Evidence of certificate of incorporation by C. A.C.
• Evidence of company income tax clearance certificate for the last 3 years.
• Evidence of pension clearance certificate valid till 31st December 2024.
• Evidence of Industrial Training fund compliance certificate till 31st December 2024.
• Evidence of Nigeria social Insurance Trust fund clearance certificate valid 31st December 2024.
• Company's Audited accounts for the last 3 years; 2022, 2023, and 2024.
• Verifiable documentary evidence of at least 3 similar jobs - in size, nature, and complexity executed in the last 5 years, including letter of awards, valuation, and completion.
• Sworn Affidavits:
  1. That no director has been convicted in any country for any criminal offence relating to fraud or financial impropriety or criminal misrepresentation or falsification of facts relating to any matter.
  2. That the company is not in receivership the subject of any form of insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings or the subject of any form of winding up petitions or proceedings.

1. Bid Submission Deadline:

   12th April 2025, Time: 12pm

2. Submission Method:

   Bidders are expected to submit their proposal documents at the office of the procurement officer at the High Court administrative block Abakaliki.

3. Bid Opening:

   12th April 2025 Time: 12pm

Interested Bidders are to obtain a receipt upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of ₦30,000 at the PRS office during submission of Bid.
